Thank you for your interest in our sleep disorders center. Whether you have been referred to us by your doctor, or self-referring to our office, the information on this page will help you in the first steps to help you achieve a better night’s sleep.

If you have been referred to our office by another physician, our office will contact you within 24 hours to get an appointment scheduled with one of our sleep specialists. We are contracted with most insurance companies and we are usually able to schedule an appointment within a few weeks. Typically your referring provider will send over a referral along with the information we need to schedule your appointment. If you haven’t heard from us, please feel free to contact our office anytime Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm and we will be happy to help you!
