Pulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator

Preferred applicant will be an enthusiastic individual bringing significant clinical assessment experience in patient care as an RT, PT, EP or RN providing direct patient care including evaluations, treatment, contributing to program development, quality improvement and community education.

Successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to oversee and perform direct clinical components of program and to ensure quality patient care using knowledge of rehab concepts and goals and working knowledge of relevant Medicare, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities will include program development, patient care, ongoing assessment, input on census/volume growth and contributing to program performance goals.

Minimum one year experience in a cardiopulmonary rehab program and BLS degree in health/fitness, respiratory or related field and current certification and state licensure where applicable.
